Subject	car has no power????

Message	I just finished engine swap on my 1990 twin turbo with a jdm.car wouldn't start.checked fuel then fire,had both.this went on for 2 days working a few hours at night.tested pump,commander,relay,dampner,regulator then injector pulse test.all good.proceeded for fire with node test,and old school block hop.had fire,still no start.took a couple days off because of weather and when I came out to garage tonight I had no power anywhere.thought battery was the culprit so put it on charge till 100% waited 30 mins after charge test with battery analyzer.test results good-100%,13.5 volts.is there a main fuse for complete power or something that I am missing??
